最後26歲女子挑戰素顏一周結束後，說出自己這段時間心路歷程，雖然完成了素顏1周的挑戰，不過她體悟到化妝是自己的外衣及武器，讓她像穿了盔甲般充滿自信，但是素顏讓她感覺都不是自己了，因此她還是會選擇化妝，讓自己光彩亮麗。因此女人要靠化妝建立自信，還是內在美最重要，只能說是見仁見智。
